The HL7 Vulcan Operations Committee holds monthly public-facing sessions to provide the community with the latest organizational and project updates. These meetings serve as a forum for the Program Management Office (PMO) and community contributors to share developments across the Vulcan ecosystem. Each monthly session provides a opportunity for updates, questions and community engagement. Sessions typically include:
- Project Portfolio Updates: Current status reports on active use cases and technical initiatives.
- Operational Announcements: Updates from the PMO regarding leadership, governance, and organizational milestones.
- Event & Milestone Planning: Briefings on upcoming Connectathons, industry conferences, and collaborative workshops.
- Introductions: Welcoming new member organisations & committee members.
- After Action Reports: Updates from balloting, connectathons and attended events.
