As we continue to improve transparency within Vulcan, we are developing this central repository for voting results and community participation. This hub provides full visibility into the formal decisions and election processes that shape our strategy and operations.

The Vulcan Steering Committee: Following the ratification of our new Governance model, we are transitioning to a formally seated Steering Committee. This body is responsible for Vulcan’s strategic direction and financial stewardship. To ensure diverse representation, the committee includes dedicated seats for each member classification, ensuring all voices contribute to our mission.
